within the symposium Virulent Diseases and their Oral Cavity Manifestations.
The technology, allowing introducing the infection control into the daily work
of dental clinics, attracts increasing attention from the professional
community.
The report was actively welcomed by the audience. Unfortunately, the information about opportunity to carry out a noninvasive procedure — a saliva test — in order to understand that a patient has HIV and hepatitis C antibodies, is not spread widely enough today. Thus, an opportunity to carry out a simple test with an almost instant result makes it possible to hold doctors and patients absolutely safe from the viruses infection constituting a great threat.

The information about the express tests sparkled no less interest of the participants of the meeting of the dentistry chairs deans from the Russian medical universities held in the Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry on February 14 where OraQuick tests were also presented.
