Opening new production facilities in Russia,
particularly associated with innovative components, is one of the main
economical and political priorities of our country. Building a new plant is a
truly nontrivial process,
The plant is located in the ecologically intact location within the city of Udomlya in the northern part of the Tver region where the water parting takes place between the Baltic and Caspian seas, between the sheds of the Volga and the Neva rivers, in an area of many swamps and chains of hills forming a ridge in the north, on the shores of Pesvo and Udomlya lakes which are connected by 180 meters wide duct.
Within the industrial structure of the region the main role
belongs to atomic energetics presented by Kalininskaya NPP (98% of the whole
volume of the commercial manufacturing of the Udomlya District, 70% of the
whole electricity produced in the Tver Region and 2.5% of the commercial output
of the Tver Region).

Such aspects are of special importance for we manufacture products intended for children and we are the absolute leaders in this field. The manufacturing process itself is also unique. We have designed optimal technological and logistics routes within our manufacturing facilities, which allows using the facilities to maximum effect.
It is of
particular interest to state that we perform independent designing of
toothbrush colour layout based on the experiments conducted with the use of
safe coloring pigments in our own laboratory. Which is why most of the colors
one can find in the range of R.O.C.S.® toothbrushes are unique. It is important
to note that (within our manufacturing process) a method of triple filament tip
polishing is applied which prevents the development of mechanical damage to the
dental enamel, restorations and gingival tissues trauma.
Plastic
materials used in the manufacturing process meet the global and European
quality and safety requirements applicable for toothbrush manufacturing. Our
plastic products undergo multiple tests of toxic and microbiological safety
along with a number of technological tests carried out in the Central
Scientific Research Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery (CSRI
DMS).
In November 2014 the Russian Dental Association have awarded the R.O.C.S. brand with approval marks (including toothbrushes for children and adults). In our opinion, this is one of the most important events of the R.O.C.S. brand of the year of 2014.
Using the best global experience, strict adherence to standards and regulations along with the willingness to do the best quality products – this is our philosophy and the key to our successful development. For today personal oral hygiene products manufactured by R.O.C.S. brand and by our other brands are being sold not only in Russia.
